"Wonderful hotel"

This was an ideal hotel for our overnight visit to Zermatt. The owners / staff were excellent as was the room and the breakfast. This hotel is being operated by people who care about their guests. The hotel sits above the busiest part of Zermatt and is therefore quieter. This elevated position made our balcony perfect for viewing sunrise on the Matterhorn.

"Another great stay at Bella Vista"

Again, another wonder time spent at the Bella Vista. We had a great view from our room of the Matterhorn. The hotel is a great location as it is just a 10 minute walk to just about everything. The breakfasts are always great and the traditional fresh orange juice is very special. We look forward to our next time at your family run hotel.

Bella Vista is an exquisite place to stay while in Zermatt. Every staff member was not only friendly but incredibly helpful. The breakfast was great from the freshly baked breads to their accommodations for a gluten- free need

"すぐにまた来たい！"

とにかく居心地が最高のホテルでした！外観も可愛いですが、お部屋も鍵もウェルカムスイーツも可愛くて幸せでした。お部屋はとても清潔で、静かで、気温もちょうど良くて快適です。ピカピカの大きな窓を開けると下にゴルナーグラート鉄道、正面にマッターホルンが見えます。高台にあるホテルなので朝焼けのマッターホルンを部屋でコーヒーを飲みながら眺められたのは本当に素敵な時間でした。朝食はパンやチーズなど種類豊富で、特に手作りのエルダーフラワーのジャムがいい香りでおいしくて気に入ってしまいました。このホテルに着いた瞬間からスタッフのみなさんが優しく親切にしてくださってずっと心があたたかかったです。またツェルマットには来たいですし、来るなら絶対にまたこちらに泊まらせていただきたいです。

わたしにとって良くないところはひとつもありませんでしたが、駅からホテルまでは緩やかな上り坂と後半は結構急な石畳の上り坂なので、重い荷物を運ぶのはなかなかいい運動でした。タクシーもかわいいですし無理せず使ってもいいと思います。
