Very clean and new , breakfast also fresh and rich diverse. And it has spa , and free sauna room.

Room space is little big small.

El hotel es confortable.

Desafortunadamente no estan preparados para ofrecer servicio de restaurante, solicitamos un Fondue plato tipico suizo, no tenian el material suficiente para proveer fuego, su cocion se apago en la mitad de la cena y no tenian otro material nuevo para encenderlo, repitieron el proceso varias veces y no funciono, el pan no era el apropiado, inclusive la senora nos dijo que era el pan para el desayuno, un desastre total. Preferimos no arriesgarnos con los desayunos ni cenas posteriores.

The economy room is small

Not sure where to start from about this lovely hotel. Swiss mountain charme all over, incredibly kind ladies who run and manage the place, beautiful quite immaculate spa and the best breakfast I had in Zermatt, with fresh local products, cooked eggs on request, fresh orange juice and proper cappuccino! We love Zermatt and we now love this cozy hotel we can’t wait to go back to. Thank you.

Emplacement dans Zermatt avec très belle vue sur le Cervin, chambre parfaitement équipée d’une salle de bain très moderne dans un hôtel façon « chalet », avec un petit-déjeuner fin et élégant tout en restant traditionnel. Nous avons aussi pu apprécier un dîner très simple, sans choix véritable, sans prétention mais agréable, nous ayant permis de ne pas ressortir en ville pour dîner en ville alors que nous étions fatigués après un assez long périple pour arriver à Zermatt

Son prix, comme si souvent l’hôtellerie suisse…
