Bon petit-déjeuner. Salle à manger "cosy" calme et intime. On nous a proposé de nous reconduire à la gare avec le petit bus de l’hôtel. Peignoirs à disposition. Personnel majoritairement agréable et à l'écoute. Produits pour intolérances alimentaires.

On aurait pu nous montrer le spa. Minibar non fonctionnel (bouton cassé), 4 feuilles de tisane dans une grande théière. Peu de choix de repas du soir.

The staff were extremely friendly and immediately made you feel at home. The hotel had amazing views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The rooms were really nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great offering food alternatives for intolerances. We would highly recommend and definitely return.
