The most comfortable bed, cleanest rooms, and authentic elegant and cosy Swiss atmosphere. We had mulled wine on the terrace watching the last rays of light on the Matterhorn. The owner is very friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. Truly memorable…

The breakfast selection and team were fabulous. Location is excellent.

Room number 7 the mattress was rock hard leading to body parts falling asleep before I did. I got no sleep. The room is nice otherwise. Perhaps a little noisy due to early morning kitchen noise. I received a message after booking (non cancelable) that Booking dot com did not qualify for shuttle service, I complained, I am Swiss - this is NOT appropriate after booking/payment. They said call us on arrival. I did. I got music for 45 mins. Another family did as well. I took a taxi at 30 Swiss Franc. They should just eliminate this service for everyone - it is no service and destroys reputation before the guest even arrives.

"Amazing view with matterhorn and very affordable"

The View

The hotel were well situated in an amazing location. I just want to give advise to the guest that It is difficult to walk to reach the hotel because it is located uphill. Better take a taxi from the train station when going to the hotel but better walk from the hotel to go somewhere to enjoy the view.
