We arrived at the hotel about 8 PM after driving 12 hours, and hoped to use the pool and Jacuzzi; however, there was a sign saying hotel pool was under construction. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. Air conditioner, and other amenities worked fine. The sofa in the room had rips on the corners. And, the shower head only had one setting which worked, the three prong, pulsating setting. Again, not what we had hoped. Didn’t stay for breakfast, except to catch a chocolate milk on the way out the door. Great staff and likely small fixes to have an improved stay.
Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable.
Inconvenience of being in a building currently undergoing construction. Other than that, it was just fine. The young lady who checked us in and out was most pleasant.
Facilities nice
No signage on hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub closed for renovation. We were not notified of that in advance. Mercantile area closed with no ice in machine. Bed was "squishy". AC unit in room froze up during the night making room smell of electrical fire.
Such great people work here. They were under a remodel and they still made our stay so much fun! Will definitely be back!
Clean room. Breakfast was great! Didn’t check out the gym. The halls could use some cleaning and vacuuming.
They are in the middle of a remodel and name change. It did not interfere with my stay but it should be noted. It was quiet and clean. Very close to the interstate. Easy to get to. Breakfast starts at 7. Friendly staff.
Overall good experience
Condition of hotel was terrible. Several areas of hotel were not available and there was no indication of that on their website. Guests should be told if the pool is closed for repair. We were on a family vacation and a sign at check-in (after we had booked a room online) stated pool was not available… Poor customer service.
