The room was pretty quiet and comfortable. Some parts of the room are a bit dated, but didnt impact our ability to sleep there.
Cleanliness and comfort were OK. It was under construction. Hotel sign was missing. Pool and hot tub closed.

Bathroom sink backed up on its own at 515am. It emitted a foul odor, front desk didn't seem to care very much. Paint and texture was bubbled up and peeling

You guys at hotels.com really screwed me over. I got here to chek in and you didnt put a card on file for me. The hotel said i had to pay for my room even though i have recipts and my credit card statement that shows i paid. Your customer service line is pathetic. She couldn't find my reservation even with the itinerary number shown on my receipt in the hotels.com app. You refused to let us speak to a manager. The hotel was great and the lady helping me here was awesome but you guys are terrible Not sure what kind of fraud your pulling saying you cant find my reservation for this hotel. 8pm after 10 hr drive and i had to rebook the room again paying put of pocket using my travel cash. Yall screwed me
