Great Wolf Lodge Wisconsin Dells

They finally fixed the ropes in MQ. Still our favorite and the upgraded rooms are nice.

Kid friendly, room needs upgrades, indoor park needs also repairs and upgrades , some of the play station for kids in not all were broken. The outdoor water park needs so fresh paint because it looks old and not well taken care. Water is freezing cold! Staff are friendly, I don't know if is because we weren't on a week day they were under staff and they seem overwhelmed. We usually go to the one in Gurnee but wanted to try the one in Wisconsin. Over all my kids had fun.

The Wisconsin Dells was a an absolutely amazing time. The Black Bear Condo was perfect for our family. The entire staff were incredibly and very helpful. 10/10 will be going back!

This trip was for my toddler who loves swimming. First, more people need to watch their children. For weak swimmers, a life jacket does not justify no parental supervision. My daughter was pushed down a slide and another child was held underneath the water by another child. There was also children way to big to be in that part of the water park. She was sad to have to leave but I would never gamble her safety.

We stayed at the great wolf in Wisconsin dells & we all loved the stay. Plenty to do for the family & our daughter loved every bit of the action!!! We will definitely b coming back again.

We had the lonewolf fireplace suite in wi dells. It was great! Nice & comfortable, everything was clean & tidy. Staff was nice. Waterpark was wonderful. No complaints at all! We will be back again next time for a longer stay!

Baraboo Wisconsin location. My family and I had the best time. The employees were amazing. We will be back.

Disappointed with the accommodations and customer service. Definitely do not suggest staying here for a family vacation or tournament. The rooms are dated and not great. The rooms are tiny! The pool was always very crowded and the pool water seemed to lack appropriate chemicals to manage the large number of guests. The air quality was also questionable. We booked as part of a local baseball tournament and the hotel double charged many of us and then responded that we’d have to wait until Monday to address concerns. Front desk staff was rude and condescending. Sone of our team wanted to upgrade to larger rooms when they discovered just how small the rooms were. They were told this was not at all possible- even with availability because we booked with a third party. They charge for parking and then there’s no one really checking at all. It’s an open lot next to an outlet mall! Spend a few more dollars and stay at one of the other resorts close by. Other hotels are cleaner and more spacious.

It was clean, friendly, kids loved it .

The room was a suite with a up top loft room. That room was extremely hot up top. They did send a fan for me. Wish there was a/c up top. Next time we will definitely opt for a condo! It’s always clean! Can’t really hear a whole lot through the doors other than the kids in the hall. Wish the water was warmer! Last year we went and I felt the water was warmer last year. This year it was cold. I could barely put our baby in the water without her turning purple. We went to the Wisconsin dells location.
