Great Wolf Lodge Wisconsin Dells

The room was clean and very comfortable with a lot of space. The room location was not to good due to we was able to hear when people was coming in and out of the exit door. We ordered a pizza it was great. The family dance night was perfect and the front desk clerks were very professional. Overall I would recommend this location to all my family and friends I graded a B for this visit.

Despite all the negative reviews I had heard. We had a fantastic time. Everything was great and the rooms were very clean as well as the staff being super friendly.

Our Kid’s Cabin Suite had a strong, unpleasant odor. The entire space smelled bad, the bathroom reeked of urine, and an area near the fridge had a sour, “dirty feet” smell. I always check beds when traveling, the kids’ bunk bed comforter was visibly dirty, there was black hair on the sheets (obviously they hadn’t been changed), and when I lifted the mattress, there were animal crackers underneath. The waterpark itself felt old and unclean. In the kids’ section near the wave pool, none of the jet ski features were worked properly, paint was chipping throughout, and the overall atmosphere just felt grimy. We also made the mistake of eating inside the waterpark. The food was poor quality given the high prices. It’s one thing to pay more for good food, but this wasn’t even edible. The only decent dining experience we had was brunch, though it’s hard to go wrong with basic breakfast items. We took the kids to the arcade expecting to spend some money, but the pricing felt like a rip-off. For example, $50 gets you 240 credits, yet most games cost 10 or more credits each, which adds up very quickly. Overall, this experience was disappointing. We will not be returning in the future to this hotel.

Went for my son's birthday with some friends. Everything was conveniently located and the entire park was safe. We got the birthday package which was a nice touch. The arcade was fun and the pool was nice! Pool does close at 8pm, but there is a lot to do on the premise. The room having the cabin for the kids beds was a nice divide of space so they had their own space. Enjoyed our time!

I was not a fan of getting a noise complaint before quiet hours started the first night. Then the second night we got to know his complaint and all the kids were in bed. We were literally walking around and when the security guard came up,he said he had been there and hadn’t heard anything. Not a fan at the same time when you have a suite of seven people walkingaround if somebody doesn’t like any noise, they probably should request a top floor. Third, the chlorine was so strong that my youngest daughter‘s face has a huge red almost burn, like rash on it and her arms, thank goodness she had a long sleeve swimsuit my youngest two daughters, both cough, and says that it hurts when they breathe in the chlorine and my 17-year-old niece says eyes were so red and burning fromthe water. Oh also three out of five of my girls swim swimsuits were completely bleached by the chlorine they went in a dark blue and they are nowwhite along with all with their swimsuits being completely faded almost like the chlorine ate away some of the fabric we have great Wolf Lodge, but this was by far the worst day we’ve had hopefully for improvement for next time

I recently embarked on a solo trip here and was thoroughly captivated by the warm and inviting lodge-style ambiance. I can’t wait to return for another visit.

My room was not cleaned balcony had beer caps all over it railing was not on properly so kids couldn’t enjoy the balcony definitely won’t be back workers are very nice

Had a good time nothing to complain about

Unfortunately, it’s looking a bit dated. Our room was filled with gnats. The staff were friendly. The bathrooms were dirty the spinners to remove water from suits were all broken.

Our family of 8 shared a large condo; tons of space, comfy furnishings, woodsy decor. Everyone had a great time swimming, playing in the arcade, sampling an array of dining options. We have visited every April for the past four years, and look forward to our annual trip in 2027!
