Very reasonable rate. Girl in the office was super nice and apologetic for the condition of my room.

The room was very dirty. The bed didn’t have clean sheets. There was dirt and debris in the sheets. I don’t believe they were changed after the last rental. Shelf above the clothes rod was so filthy I could store my belongings there. I showed the office staff and she was very apologetic and said she would let the manager know that an adjustment should be made but,I’ve never heard back.

The young lady at the front desk was awesome and friendly. She helped us in any way she could I love the beach so you have a great location walking distance to store. Great price for rooms and awesome view something could be more updated but awesome stay

Nothing to really complain about would like to see a change in maybe ice machine and coffee pots but not really a big deal

Close to the beach

The water in the room was green. Stains on the bed sheets. Cracks in the wall. The toilet cover wasn't on securely. The fridge had rust all over the top. The paddle lock on the door didn't work, it looked like the door had been forced open and broke before.The TV was like 15 inches. 20 dollar deposit for key wasn't mentioned when booking on booking.com. extra fees for pets also weren't mentioned either. The whole run looked like it was put together from the 80's.
