Run down, very dirty. Mold in bathtub

Francis gracefully let me check in late. I didn’t have my ringer turned up and missed her calls when she was double checking that I was still arriving. She was polite, warm and just down-right cool. I needed the weekend to recharge and being able to veg, order take-out, and walk down to the beach whenever I felt like it was just what I needed.

I wish that I could have stayed longer.

It was in a good location

Rooms could be updated, like appliances

The location near the beach and the manager that checked us in was nice.

The bedding was stained, beds uncomfortable. Owner needs to make serious renovations - you can feel where the floor is caving in. No heat in the room, which would have been nice to know as we were staying on a colder night. Tried to use the stove and it immediately smoked heavily and left a strong odor. The absolute worst part was the water/shower. There was NO hot water in the shower, even after letting it run for 15 minutes it was ice cold. It also smelled metallic/rusty. When the sink was turned on it reeked and made the entire room have a foul odor. Obviously for a motel I did not expect much, we didn’t need anything fancy for one night. But at the very least I would say that hot water and clean enough water to feel comfortable brushing your teeth is a MUST. Complete waste of money. Only plus was that the lady at the front desk was nice.

Don't think I liked was the distance to the beach.

What I didn't like was the fact that throughout.of the night, the people running to the hotel dog kept barking over and over again. I asked them went in there. Talked to them and it still happened. Did not sleep what the Dang it was really uncomfortable.

The beach was right there

The office entrance was not visible. Looked unsafe
