The property wasn’t bad

The rooms do not look like internet pictures, it was definitely not worth 100$ maybe 60$. The patio is not a patio. The room had fleas, they moved us to a different room which was a tad better w/a 24in tv. You have to call a number and then the owner will call the manager to come help you. This is just a place to shower and lay your head or for a place the place was super clean I give them that.

The cleanliness was not good. I understand its a low rate, but the sheets and comforters were not clean and there was hair all in the beds. The same with the shower as well.

Close to the beach, quiet.

Floor dirty with hair in various places. Someone attempted to clean, but it was a miserable attempt. Shower had mold all down the inside of the curtain - about 20% of the curtain was mold. Room finish - paint, trim, tiles construction was the worst I had ever seen. Things didn't line up, didn't close gaps, misaligned sheetrock was not level and gobs of paint were used. It was evident that the place had been flooded years before and everything was covered with gobs of paint.
