The ONLY good thing about this place is it's location, BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT!

We didn't like anything! We considered sleeping in the back of the truck rather than the room! People were sketchy, weed was definitely being smoked by the residents right outside the door, NOTHING was even kinda clean, and there was a half of a loaf of bread sitting in the bathroom!? The floor was CONSTANTLY wet, everything was sticky and the A/C blew air but didn't get close to cool! The office smeeled like a dog grooming place and you couldn't talk to the office lady for all the barking! AWFUL!

The location was great, a short walk from the beach. It was easy to get to off the highway. Check in was quick.

Dirty towels left in the room. Only light in the bedroom did not work properly.

Location to beach.. THATS IT!!!

Didn’t expect much being that close to beach.. we just needed show and bed to sleep in that’s all..not even gonna complain bout no coffee pot..place wasn’t disgusting and bed.. lol.. like someone 300lbs laid on it on both side of mattress.. sooo cheaply made had a whole where they laid.. even turned mattress round and still same.. very disappointed WILL NOT BE BACK.. manger said they made renovations to them.. used to be drug MOTEL..

Nice short walk to beach, staff showed me 3 rooms and let me pick the one I liked best. Staff was very friendly. No bugs in room and room was clean.

The checkout process is long if there is a line. towels are thin and linens are scratchy, but to be expected at this type of place. You wanted to keep the curtains closed because they were dirty and the window seal paint was warped. Had warm water, not hot.

Location

Toilets didn't flush, rude staff, no one was there when we arrived or left. Owners had several crazy dogs with relentless barking. No bath towels ,but 2 bath mats. Shampoo provide ,but basically empty, no wash cloths.

The AC did not work, other than that great location and a credit would have been nice considering we didn't stay but 3/4 hrs.

Beach was surprisingly full of police and ambulances due to stupidity going on at the beach
