Eureka Springs Heritage Motel

The hotel is very clean and cozy inside. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was well-maintained with top-notch cleanliness. The owner and his family are wonderful people, so hardworking and passionate about this hotel. I could see it’s truly his dream project, and he takes great care to keep everything perfect. Talking with them was such a lovely experience. I’m so glad I chose this hotel. Breakfast was also good. The breakfast area is a bit small, but it’s very clean and well-organized. Honestly, I’ve stayed in big hotels where the breakfast space was so crowded that you had to rush and take food over others, so uncomfortable. Here, it felt calm and pleasant, and I really appreciated that.

One small thing I noticed is that the areas outside the rooms and the stairs could be cleaned more often to match the high standard of the rooms.

The owner was amazing and so very sweet! She was very knowledgeable about the area and even texted us with sites to see. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and easily accessed from the parking area. I hope to get to visit here again in the future!

The only thing I didn't care for was that the room faced the main Street. But with it being 4th of July weekend, it still wasn't that bad.

Lou is a great host. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice rooms and pool.

The breakfast was cool there was a variety it included bagels, honey buns, pop tart, cream cheese, peanut butter, fruits, yogurts, boiled eggs, Apple and orange juice, coffee and free water bottle in the morning with breakfast... The hotels owners were amazing Lou the became my 4 yr old daughter bestie she also helped with suggestions of things to see and do with the kids. I really liked the swimming pool and location of the hotel I was close to many attractions.. I had a relaxing time with my kids the beds were very comfortable we had a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee in the room. Overall, I felt the only thing the swimming pool could use a face lift with the fence getting stained and more lounge chairs beautiful place over all.

Too much dust on the stairs could use a power wash and the hotel sign could use a fresh paint.
