Eureka Springs Heritage Motel

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable. I would imagine on busy weekends it could be noisy as it is on the main drag but we were there in a Sunday night and it was very quiet

The owner was absolutely lovely! She greeted us, took our picture to put in the front lobby (I've NEVER had a motel or hotel do that) and she was just so happy, and informative! She told us about all these things to do, gave us a map and a brochure to look for activities and restaurants! She was absolutely amazing. The rooms were so clean! The location is very close to a lot of things, you'd still want to drive there not walk but even if you didn't want to walk she told us all about the trolly and how to catch a ride! 10/10 would recommend!

Only thing I didn't like, was that I had NOTHING to NOT like about it! It was a great place to stay!

VERY friendly and informative staff! Clean room and bathroom, felt cozy!

Pro’s = front desk clerk nice and helpful, room was clean, some updates, shower okay. AC worked great. Towels were nice. Con’s= bed pretty hard, sheets not great. Neighbor thought our patio area was his, smoked there all the time, left his can of cigarette butts. Pool area looked nice. They had breakfast but we did not go have anything. Back of building could use some work. Careful pulling out onto road, on a corner and hill, hard to see cars coming.

Lou and her Husband were amazing hosts! Great location in Eureka!
