Eureka Springs Heritage Motel

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice location to town. It was quiet able to get a good night's sleep.

Pool was closed and no local channels on TV. Only streaming service, which we had to use our own personal accounts. Wish we could have gotten atleast local TV channels for weather updates

We just slept in. Toilet was broke and wouldn't complete filling.

The BEST hospitality ever! Lulu and her husband made our stay so welcoming! Very accommodating, professional, and friendly. Made us feel like family. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything and it's a trolley stop. We are almost 50 and have never had this could have been experience before. Highly recommend!

Great bed, clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, no carpet, had refrigerator and microwave

2nd floor - no elevator, smokers sitting outside with loud music during the day

This is a great stop for bikers traveling through Eureka Springs. they were very noisy but also respected the Quite hours of the hotel from 10pm-8am. so they weren't overly disruptive. the other draw back was the closeness to the highway intersection. truck breaks were going all hours of the night one of the nights we were there and i didn't sleep at all that night lol the staff are amazing though! very pleasant and they care about their customers. so if road noise doesn't bother you then you'll be well cared for :)
