"It’s an old dilapidated hotel with a good location."

The property has a good location. Other than that nothing was good. It is obviously a very old and dilapidated hotel. It needs renovation.

Location and you have your pwn parking downstairs.

It was so dirty. No toiletries given. Not even water in the room. The sink was leaking and the room smells like cigarette.

I like that there are restos and convenience store nearby. Also, the booking process is smooth.

The room is not well maintained. As soon as I entered the room, there are some cockroaches and it seems that the room is not properly cleaned. You can also hear the noise from the outside of the building. The staffs are smoking infront and in the driveway. You need to pay for the toiletries, dental kits, and guest kit which is free on the other affordable hotels. We booked for 2 adults and yet we only got 1 bath towel??

The room wasn't clean upon arrival. Bedsheets weren't changed so we had to request a new one. The bed is itchy and the room is full of cockroaches.
