The staff are friendly and nice.

When we enter the room. The room smells cigarette. it was not deodorized before the next guests arrived. The chair is broken, no slippers and no trash can. Just basic things to have in a room.

We were transferred from one room to another 3 times because of broken TV, not working faucet, shower, heater and telephone. They consumed 2 hours of our time trying to fix the issue and transferring us to another room twice.
