OYO 473 Ranchotel Drive-in

There are insects in comfort room. Wifi connected but no internet.

The property is located along the highway, so getting around was not a problem.

Mobile data signal is not that good and the water pressure of the shower is lacking.

I like the room itself it is cozy and super clean.

I don't like the attitude of the first staff that greeted us when we came. She is not accommodating and does not give us clear direction where to go or just guided us where our room is. She must have insinuated that we knew the hotel but we just stayed the night there because we are tired from out swimming trip at Splash Island. We are too tired to even comprehend here just pointing at where we will go instead of giving us clear and concise direction.

The location is quite good bcz i dont know the place

The services no free water even just a single bottle no bath towel no toiletries.no respobsible staff becz we have to call them to take the garbage and asked to change the beddings

The staff are excellent.

The place is dated, the place needs to be refurbished. The photos are different from what is advertised. It looks nice in the picture.

Bath towels and toiletries isn't available in the room. I had to call to request for the towel.

Good enough for the money. There is a private parking

No towels you have to ask. No shampoo and soap in the room but we can pay at the reception. Wondering why my brother has one in his room automatically. All of our sink faucets not working.
