Gladis Luna was an amazing server- we really enjoyed our time and food here. Definitly reccomend! They go above and beyond here and we always make sure to stop here when in town.

Awesome hotel. Staff was very kind, the view was amazing. We went to the pool, which has a clear view of the 3 local volcanoes. The food was excellent as well.

"Wonderful breakfast"

The breakfast is wonderful. The staff, including Gladys, were very friendly. There are beautiful views of the volcano while eating. It is a highly recommended stop for breakfast in Antigua. The orange juice is fresh squeezed and is recommended to try

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Sad I didn’t get to take advantage of everything My wife and I both got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant however. It was very expensive, food wasn’t great and of course paying to get sick isn’t fun. Other then that it was great

We have stayed many times at this hotel before. This time we noticed a downfall and n the service. Areas by the pool left unattended for long periods, we had to go hunt for waiters, food came late or didn’t come. The attitude of some of the staff when asked for the orders or what was missing was conflicting and bad tempered. We also stayed en the secondary area of the hotel where there was no one in reception at the time of the check-in, and had two issues with our keys to enter the room where no one was available to solve quickly. We like the hotel and that’s why we keep coming back, but this time there was a noticeable change in the level of the service.

"Porta hotel and integral restaurant are five star plus"

The Porta Hotel and its staff is my favorite place to stay, and I e returned over two dozen time to Guatemala. You won’t find nicer people anywhere.
