I booked the hotel for the reason of my VIP status. When checking in I was told we’d receive a complimentary drink or snack plate. However, when retrieving it they did not honor the snack plate. This was disappointing as I do not drink. Many workers brushed me off and I unfortunately could not find the woman who checked me in and mentioned the snack plate. There was no recourse or apologies made.

"Amazing hotel"

Spent a few nights here with my daughter (8). We had the best time. One of the most comfortable rooms and beds ive slept in. Food, pool, room, service all was really great. Beautiful views around the property as well. Highly recommend
