"Excellent"

Original room had an A/C unit that did not work. They promptly moved us to another room that unfortunately had several dead and alive cockroaches. Finally we were given a room that was comfortable and clean. After that first night of moving several times we had a pleasant experience.

Short of staff. staff busy doing everything that you have to wait a long time to be asked if we needed anything. I chose the property because it had a sauna but in order to use it you had to purchase a full spa service. At the pool we were not asked if we needed anything.

"Wonderful weekend at Casa Chula"

We stayed a weekend at Casa Chula. The house is in the best location possible, it is beautifully decorated, linens and towels are the same as in the hotel. We were greeted upon arrival and everything was clean and ready. Our group was 7 adults there for a wedding. Each room has a full bathroom so we were able to get ready with no hassles. The full kitchen allowed us to have late night snacks and coffee in the morning. We went over to Porta for Sunday breakfast buffet and Ceiba Spa- all amazing as usual!
