- gute Sauberkeit - großes, geräumiges Apartment - macht überhaupt nichts, dass die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist

- Besteck und Teller hätten sauberer sein können, teilweise getrocknete Essensreste vom Vorgänger. Mussten es nach Ankunft erst einmal spülen - Beim Check-In teilte man uns fälschlicherweise mit Frühstück sei included. Gut, dass wir auf die Zimmerkarte geschaut hatten und noch einmal nachgefragt hatten, da dort "RO" stand. Trotzdem sollte so etwas nicht passieren.

Adoramos tudo. Desde o cuidado no dia da chegada, onde o voo atrasou e já não chegamos a tempo do jantar, para surpresa tínhamos o jantar de todos à nossa espera no quarto. O quarto era super espaçoso, muito limpo e a melhor parte, vista das duas varandas para o mar!! O pequeno almoço e jantar super completos e a simpatia dos funcionários excecional, inclusive com as crianças. Recomendo a 100%

The hotel provides an excellent base for exploring Funchal and the island. The location is a short distance from the centre but has its own amenities nearby, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. My room was comfortable and spacious, as was the hotel in general. The buffet breakfast provides very good choice with different options each day.

Room decorations are fairly minimal - it would have been nice to have some pictures or posters on the walls. The kitchen area was small for such a big one-bedroom apartment. Whilst the hot food options at breakfast were very good, the food was not as warm as I expected.

Gostei da vista, do quarto, do pequeno almoço. Não como carne e o chefe teve o cuidado de me preparar um prato á parte. Super atenciosos.
