O quarto na reserva dizia varanda e depois foi me dado um com vista para as traseiras do predio e sem varanda.

The people in the room next to ours had aø couple of cats that ran around the corridor, and tried to get in to other rooms. I am really allergic to cats. The neighbors also had a deep frier in the room, drinking up the place with the smell of deep fried food. Maybe have the permanent residents on a floor separate from guests?

Pokoj byl umistěn až na konci chodby s nejhorším výhledem na moře, ale to byla jen maličkost, hotely dávají přes booking horší pokoje. Cestování výtahem byl často problém kvůli velikosti a malé přepravní kapacitě.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. If you want to leave early for a hike you can pick up a breakfast to go in the evening before. The to go breakfast is ok. Very nice cleaning staff. Cleaning is ok, vacuuming and mopping is thorough but you can see that the baseboards and bathroom are not clean. In the hallway you can smell the smoke (from staff room?) very often.

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was clean and spacious. Some people in our group had updated rooms so they are in the process of renovating however ours was great. We had a little kitchenette, separate bedroom, living area. The staff was very accommodating, it was close to many great restaurants and the waterfront. Pool area was nice and spacious. We walked downtown and it took about 40min but easy access to city bus and Uber only about $8 CA each way. I would recommend staying here.

Budget hotel is about right for this hotel. Such a shame as they have some very pleasant & helpful staff. I was in room 503 & had to ask for a foam mattress on the bed as I don’t think I’ve had a harder bed. No room set aside for you to shower & change in if you have a late flight. Food was ok but nothing outstanding. Wouldn’t go back.
