Everything was great would recommend, very clean comfortable, nice view of the ocean 20 min. Walk to centre or bus stop across the street all was great.

Third time in Madeira and third different hotel. This was probably the worst of a good bunch but only due to the apparent lack of atmosphere. thankfully we were using it purely as a base and not to spend time socialising or drinking in the bar so it suited us just fine. Quick and easy check in. I was a bit disappointed at first to find we were on the third floor so not in the high rise but directly overlooking the busy road. However the room was spacious and airy with a large covered in balcony with table chairs and sofa. Great for people watching and the excellent glazing meant that we did not hear any noise through the night. Even when we sat on the balcony through the day, the sound of the passing traffic and general hub-bub wasn't an issue. Clean towels , clean sheets, amazingly powerful shower, full size fridge with freezer compartment in the kitchen area. Cannot complain. The beds were rock hard but we were so tired with all the walking and sightseeing that we amazingly slept like logs. Staff in the dining room were amazing. Your plate was taken away immediately. always greeted with a happy smile. Food was basic but plentiful, the usual, hot cooked eggs beans etc, cold meats and yogurts/cereals. Bought my own juice but its very rare you get nice juice wherever you stay. We kept our room as we had a late flight and paid 40E for four hours. The weather was pleasant, although rained for the flower parade and it was never really hot enough to lie around the pool. thankfully lying around the pool wasn't our main aim. Great location , next to some lovely restaurants like Goya and the Lido Grill. Lovely restaurant staff. Did the job, thanks very much

Trop bruyant à cause de l’isolation des portes (et du non respect des règles de civilité des autres clients dans les couloirs !)
