"Un très bon rapport qualité prix, un super appart hôtel bien situé"

Le petit déjeuner était super. L'emplacement idéal vue mer, proche de tout, commerces, centre ville. La piscine et location de serviettes vraiment top. Une note particulière pour le personnel, j'avais demandé une chambre au 10ème que j'avais déjà eu il y a 3 ans, ma demande a été validée, j'avais demandé 2 lits individuels dans le séjour pour mes 2 grands garçons que j'ai bien eu et nous avons eu un soucis avec notre voiture de location, le responsable a téléphoné pour nous en Portugais car on ne savait pas s'exprimer et a résolu notre problème, vraiment top. Merci. Les chambres nettoyées tous les jours c'est vraiment super.

Dommage qu'il faille payer 7 euros par jour pour le parking, ce n'était pas le cas il y a 3 ans...

"Good but not as good as seen on the pictures"

Location, big comfortable rooms ideal for families.

The photos you see on the website are misleading and give you high expectations for your staying but the reality will ground you. It is a 3 star hotel which needs immediate renovation. Although it has clear view to the ocean you will not be able to really enjoy it from the pool or any other facility like bar unless you are just standing. Breakfast and dinner were decent.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel à Madère. L’appartement avec une chambre séparée est très appréciable, tout comme le coin cuisine qui est spacieux et pratique. Le logement est d’un standing moyen, mais il est propre et confortable, ce qui nous a parfaitement convenu. Le buffet était varié et bon, sans être du grand standing, mais avec suffisamment de choix pour satisfaire tout le monde. Personnel agréable. Le spa se trouve dans un autre hôtel à environ 10 minutes, ce qui reste accessible. Mention spéciale à la masseuse, très gentille et professionnelle ! La piscine intérieure est un peu petite, mais agréable, tout comme le jacuzzi (prévu pour 4 personnes). L’emplacement est également un point positif : à environ 30 minutes à pied de la marina, avec de nombreux bus à proximité, et surtout proche de la promenade du Lido, très agréable pour se balader. Supermarché près de l hôtel. 👉 En résumé : un très bon rapport qualité/prix, idéal pour un séjour confortable sans chercher du luxe.
