Kind staff - they shared issues with the guest - they had helping hands - they were doing their work in a professional way although even having challenges with the costs of everyday life

Best customer service and the breakfast was very good. Consider having more ventilation for ground floor bathroom space. Steam bath was awesome.

Staff friendly and welcoming.

The bed was horrible. Geyser wasn't working properly ,I had a Luke warm shower.

I found that this Hotel provides standard services better than what I imagined. Noticeably, a warm welcome at the gate and reception, as well as the restaurant, leaves an unforgettable memory in my mind. Keep it up!

Clean rooms and strategically positioned to access shopping malls. It takes away the dangers from a foreigner like me. The staff from janitors to reception are very polite

The garden offers a good living environment for customers with fresh air. The names (scientific) of the trees are very interesting.

Convenient location in the heart of Westlands, with green space and outdoor pool and spa. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the needed amenities. The staff were friendly and accomodating, and the room rate was good.

I had a pleasant stay at Jacaranda Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was good, and overall, it was a nice place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and friendly experience.
