Jacaranda Hotel Nairobi

The hygiene, the food, the garden were excellent. I liked the customer care from the receptionists. One of them even advised on how I can stay heathy buy using the steam and sauna. Indeed I used the facilities and it was a relaxing moment. Thank you for the advice!

The staff were courteous and supportive throughout the sessions, which made the experience smooth and productive. However, it would be great if they could improve the refreshments, breakfast, and lunch options, both in variety and quality.

Closet, wardrobe doors in room 302 not working not sliding properly. Hot water not sufficient. Stains in the toilet seem permanent which is not good

I spent a week at the Jacaranda Hotel, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent — central and close to the Sarit Center, perfect for getting around Nairobi easily. The staff are kind, professional, and always helpful, and the restaurant offers excellent cuisine with well-prepared and tasty dishes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in Nairobi.
