Jacaranda Hotel Nairobi

My daughter and I had a wonderful time over the holidays. The staff were all very friendly and professional and made us feel at home away from home. We will definitely visit again. Thank you

Location is good, breakfast is nice, grounds are nice, hotel is open and breezy

Multiple things not working like shower, toilet, phone, tv. Changed rooms once and couldn’t be bothered the second time. If you raised the issues they mostly addressed them. No AC and some rooms you don’t really want to leave the window, so factor that in if you’re someone who gets hot (ceiling fan is there but also sort of broken)

Location, staff, quietude, pool, ambiance.

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jacaranda Hotel. The service was excellent, and the peaceful environment made the experience even more relaxing. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently attentive and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would be happy to return.

The experience and reception was fair. I was staying in room 215. Best moments: 1. The housekeeper for that room is exceptional. Areas of improvement: 1. Television set is too old with very bad picture quality. Too small television set 2. Variety of food in the dinning hall & quality needs improvement
