Very handy being just opposite Sarit Centre shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room.

Nothing, it was a good stay.

The outdoor pool often had swimming lessons starting at 6am with loud excited children getting ready any time from 5.30am. I was woken like this 4 times and would not stay here again as a result

Noise! Lots of gym equipment not working

Excellent customer service especially from the Security Personnel, Reception and House keeping. The ambiance is wow. A walking distance to one of the biggest shopping mall (Sarit) in Nairobi.

I went there for a training and my stay was good. Good service, good food, good moment. Their rooms was also good and good service.

My wife and I we spent a beautiful day at Jacaranda Hotel. Good location, beautiful garden and swimming pool, very friendly and professional staff, the security that made us feel safe.

The hotel environment location, environment, rooms& conference great but unused snacks should be left for the participants in case someone needs additional.
