We are a couple that first visited Papillon Zeugma Relaxury Hotel in Belek 16 years ago for our honeymoon. Last year, we decided to return to celebrate our 15-year wedding anniversary, and we were so impressed by everything that we came back again this year — and once again, the experience exceeded all expectations.
This hotel is very well located, close to Belek center and sets a very high standard when it comes to hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and guest experience.
First of all, the hotel is incredibly well maintained. Everywhere you look, everything is spotless and cared for in detail. The housekeeping service deserves special praise — the rooms are cleaned daily to perfection, including fresh towels, bed linen changes, replenishment of all bathroom necessities, vacuuming, and floor washing. You truly feel cared for every single day.
The minibar/bar in the room is also replenished daily with an impressive selection of international beverages and snacks: still and sparkling water, Coca-Cola Original and Zero, Fanta, Sprite, Fuze Tea, natural juices for children, sweet snacks, salty snacks, tea bags, sugar, and more.
The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely outstanding — always smiling, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What impressed us most is that they do not simply react when asked; they take initiative whenever they notice something wrong or when a guest might need assistance. That level of professionalism is rare.
The Spa deserves a review of its own. It is completely free to access, immaculate, peaceful, and has an incredibly relaxing atmosphere that truly feels like Bali. It was never crowded during our stay. The sauna areas (both dry and wet), Turkish bath, hammam, showers, towels, and bath products for hair and body are all spotless and complimentary. The spa treatments are also very affordable, with professional and friendly staff using french Thalgo cosmetic products.
The sports and activity facilities are also excellent. The hotel offers pool water games, tennis, basketball and football courts, as well of yoga sessions, creating plenty of entertainment options during the day. We personally played tennis every day and were extremely impressed with the quality of the courts — hard surface, perfectly maintained, clean surroundings, fresh towels always available, cold water provided, and even free tennis equipment for guests who need it.
The fitness area is equally impressive: modern, very well equipped, spotless, and maintained to an extremely high standard. The machines look almost brand new, with fresh towels and water available everywhere, making workouts genuinely enjoyable.
The food experience at this hotel is exceptional. There are multiple food courts and à la carte restaurants, each offering something different and high quality. Highlights include:

*A pasta station with a real cheese wheel
*An American-style burger area
*A beer/snack area offering international bottled beers such as Miller, Bud, Becks, and more — all included, while premium selections are available for a very reasonable extra charge
*Several bars serving international brands like Tanqueray, Bombay Sapphire, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Chivas, Martini, Amaretto, Baileys, and many others included in the concept
The coffee spot serves amazing Arabica coffee with many varieties available, and the patisserie honestly tasted like something from Paris.
As for the main restaurant — it truly has everything. You would have to be extremely difficult to please not to find something you love there.
The hotel also offers several pools, both indoor and outdoor, including activity pools and relaxation pools, all very well heated and maintained.
A very special mention goes to Tina, Kiporota and Margaret, who immediately recognized us when we arrived. Being remembered made us feel truly welcome and valued from the very first moment.
*Tina from the entertainment team is absolutely amazing and deserves recognition. She is attentive, detail-oriented, warm, and constantly making sure every guest is enjoying themselves and feeling included. What stood out most was her incredible energy and genuine passion for what she does — she always had a smile on her face and created such a fun, positive atmosphere around the hotel. She has a natural talent for connecting with people and making everyone feel comfortable and involved. The nightly shows were also fantastic thanks to the hard work of the entertainment team — every evening brought something new, entertaining, and unexpected, and Tina’s enthusiasm made the experience even more special.
*However, the true star of our stay was Kiporota from Guest Relations. He is genuinely one of the most professional, caring, and dedicated people we have ever met in hospitality. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he went far beyond what anyone could expect to make our stay absolutely perfect. When we experienced an issue in our room, he personally took responsibility, coordinated the technical team immediately, and ensured everything was resolved as quickly as possible. What impressed us even more was his exceptional level of care and attention — he would actively look for us around the hotel just to keep us informed and reassure us that everything was being handled. Thanks to him, what could have been an inconvenience turned into an example of outstanding customer service. He made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay, and we cannot thank him enough.
*And then there is the wonderful Margaret from the Terrace Bar — truly one of the sweetest, warmest, and most genuine people we have ever met. Seeing her again honestly made us so happy, because she has such a special way of making guests feel at home. Her constant smile, kindness, and positive energy brightened every single day of our holiday. She always went above and beyond to provide impeccable service, always remembering the little details and making sure we never missed our coffee and cookies. But more than that, every conversation with her felt sincere and personal, and she made every visit to the Terrace Bar feel special. Margaret is the kind of person guests remember long after the holiday ends, and she played a huge part in making this stay unforgettable for us.
Finally, the hotel management deserves enormous credit. The managers are constantly present around the property, interacting with guests, paying attention to details, and making sure everything operates flawlessly. The level of organization in this hotel honestly feels corporate — everything flows seamlessly and efficiently.
As people who travel all over the world and as corporate executives ourselves, we rarely encounter hotels operating at such a high standard in every aspect. What also impressed us greatly was the quality of the guests visiting this hotel — people from all over Europe who, as we discovered this year, are also the type of guests who choose to return again and again. That alone says everything about the exceptional experience Papillon Zeugma Relaxury consistently delivers.
This hotel is a true example of what luxury hospitality should look like. We will definitely return again.
