The service was sensational, it was always friendly and helpful and the hotel always looked clean

Came back for the 2nd year. Staff are lovely.

Coffee should be served with dinner. Don’t understand the logic! Safes should be available for free. First hotel to charge a daily rental of room safes. Pool towels should be available with a card not a $20 advance! We have enjoyed our stay and your hospitality.

Beds and pillows are to hard, serviceminded staff not so good. Did pay to much, expected more service for the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to the best of their capacity. Overall a lovely place and visually very appealing. Great location literally at the beach. The children’s pool is ice cold! Both adult pool and ocean is warmer. I hesitated to go in the 0,2-0,4m deep pool as it was so so cold. We have an 8 month baby so this was the place for us, unfortunately. The majority of the sun beds at the adult pool where taken before 9am as people where placing their towels before breakfast, so you need to set your alarm clock if you want a sun bed. The restaurant had lovely staff although they forgot to serve us coffee all days except two, and some days also the beverage in the evening. Maybe they just were understaffed as they were running a lot. It took three days to get dirty glasses replaced by room cleaners, by some less dirty glasses. Bed was hard, and I like that. We requested a double bed but got two singles, not really an issue, we just had to make sure our kid didn’t fall through when he comes up to us in the morning. We got a room directly in front of the stage where all entertainment takes place, at first I was I bit worried the baby would wake up as the sound was really loud and a new environment but we have a sound sleeper. But if you have a baby and want some place more quiet, request a room far away from the stage. Good thing was we could enjoy the entertainment whilst our child was asleep in his cot.

Amazing breakfast buffet! I am not a morning person but I was into it! Also…I love the water dispensing machine in the hallway. I could refill the bottle anytime. Such a lovely additive. The reception was great as well. Friendly staff. Lovely location. Lovely beach.

Good and bad with this hotel - Best thing with the hotel is closeness to the beach! - Rooms are nice, beds are way too hard, only glass door to bathroom. Sink broke, but it was fixed in just a few hours. - Nice little gym, but the weight rack doesn’t match the weights, so they easily fall from the rack and then you will have 20 kg weights hitting your feet (this is seriously dangerous!) - You hear your neighbors a lot, so bring something to put in your ears. - Food is good, wasn´t hard to find seating outside when we were there (noisy inside) - Pool and other premises are good, seemed to have some nice shows also. - The staff at reception is a mixed bunch, rest of staff was nice. - Hotel has a nice vibe with a mix of nationalities, families, as well as older and younger people. Very practical to have room key attached to arm band. All in all a 3+ star hotel.

The playa alcudia area is cheesy and far from port of alcudia and historical center. Too many tourists with kids and the beach is filled with chairs. People are loud and the atmosphere feela like a strip mall or a mega cruise ship. If you wish to eat outside the hotel, one or two bus rides are needed. It is super inconvenient and super low brow. We will not return and do not recommend anybody with class to visit.

Pros: Great beachfront location. Decent breakfast. Eco friendly with lack of plastic water bottles. Pool loungers each had umbrellas. Cons: Charged for use of safe in room. Limited number of pool deck chairs. Very limited hours for pool towel exchange.

This is a good property along the beautiful beach, so if you are going for beaches, it is a great place to settle. The restaurants are good and there are many activities for children and other ages. Well, the concert at night could be a bit loud for seniors who go to bed early. Will come back.
