Hotel Condesa Mallorca

the food in the Irina restaurant was great - big choice, and mostly also very tasty - except pizza - that was there every day, but it was horrible - looked great, but the pizza dough was not good at all. Don Jaime Restaurant - mixed feelings.. looked nice there, but not many people used to dine here. It is supposed to have "sea view", but it's actually looking from the restaurant into the glass terrace, and behind the terrace there are people sunbathing, and behind that a glass wall and behond that the beach... so bit weird.. Also 1 more downside - only 3 elevators, so after breakfast it could take a while to get up... Otherwise generally it was a very nice hotel experience :)

All things were good for us.

Perfect location, beutiful beach. Rooms are good. Excellent bed, outdated desk in the room. Immaculate cleannes everywhere. Walls are thin, you are unlucky if you have a loud neighbour. Plenty of food, good variety, lots of seafood, chicken,beef, vegan, sweets, cakes,etc ( beef could be cooked more). The pool is colder than the sea and looks brown, but clean. Entertainment every evening, Spanish night was authentic, M. Jackson, Abba were so-so. Parking is limited on the street but we were always lucky Staff were very friendly, kind and helpfull. Highly recommneded.

We arrived late and they opened up the restaurant for us to have some light refreshments and drinks. There are water fountains on every floor and a glass bottle in the rooms to fill up which we really appreciated. Our room was clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was fantastic. It was lovely to have a sea view from the balcony. The food was delicious for all 3 meals, we liked Irina the buffet , plenty of choice for one vegetarian and one meat eater. Didn’t have to queue. They are strict about packing up at close time so arrive in plenty of time. The all inclusive drinks were really impressive - an extensive range of hot drinks, soft drinks, spirits and cocktails were included (premium brands) - much better than the last 5 star we stayed at. Sky bar worth a visit but not included in AI. Hotel right on the beach. Beach sunbeds payable locally. You need to be on it in the morning to get a lounger by the pool! Brilliant location for the beach. Short walk to shops and you can walk into Alcudia which has some traditional local bars and buses into Palma / the airport. We loved our 4 night stay at Condesa.

Overall a pleasant stay, slightly let down by the noise of other residents at night and the thin walls where the neighbours snoring could be heard.

I now understand all the comments about the hotel saying it is rather 3 star then a 4 star hotel. On our first night we got an upgrade since our room was not ready which was really nice but it was also not ready the next day till 2pm... all around the hotel is really really old which you can see in the furniture, its not dirty but just old and does not look appealing. Back in our actual room it was directly above the trash/delivery exit of the restaurant so all day long, morning 6/7 am till night 10pm you here delivery cars peeping or glass been thrown away or other loud noises even with the balcony closed forget it still noisy. On another night also two random girls came into our room because they got our room key for the check in by accident, never got an apology or anything from the staff the girls just left, also never happend to me before, new fear unlocked thanks... Overall the hotel was just bad can't put it in other words, would not recommend it. The only positive thing is the beautiful beach. But also here watch out for editional costs and its true you never get a sunbed, forget it even off season and it still costs extra, even by the pool its hard to find a spot.

This was my first visit at an all inclusive resort, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. Sergio was an absolute delight at the front desk! He really went out of his way to make sure we were very happy from beginning to end.

Amazing holiday. It was so lovely. Food was delicious, the staff were so polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The beach was adyllic.
