Literally 20 steps to the beach! Shallow and great for kids. Good pool again good for kids as its shallow in most places.
Old hotel built in 1974. There was a strange smell to the room - a musty sewage odor. Walls were paper thin so the sound travelled which was made worse by the sound of furniture being dragged across the floor. However, staff was nice and the location was good. Parking is NOT included as there is no parking provided by the hotel besides about 6 spots.
Amazing hotel with great access to beach. Beach was extra cost but really safe and right outside the hotel. We left out stuff and went back in for lunch, came out and all the things were still there untouched. Sea was amazing and clear, depth is perfect for small children for a good portion of the seabed. Food was average though, expected better for this price but it was still ok.
Great location, just steps from the beach. Our hotel rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and had nice views of the ocean. The resort is very family friendly and each staff member we encountered were courteous and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet each day, which had a lot of variety of food items. We had the dinner buffet a couple of times, and again, it offered a lot of variety for the price we paid. The only downside was that our side of the hotel experienced several power outages throughout our stay. The staff said this was a problem across town and not isolated to the hotel. It was a mild inconvenience for sure, and fortunately was resolved rather quickly each time.

Pros: - Good beachfront location, close to the bus station. - Friendly staff. - Good breakfast. Cons: - Cancelled our reservation and tried to relocate us two days before our trip. - Beach sun beds and umbrellas in front of the hotel are paid and usually reserved for an entire week. - Lots of loud kids. - Thin walls; you can hear everything. - Fee to use the in-room safe. - Towels reserving chairs by the pool, and staff does nothing about it.

Condesa lies magnificently, you can almost reach the beautiful light blue sea with your toe from the hotel. we arrived late in the evening, the receptionist welcomed us very well. the staff at Condesa are extremely service-minded . on the roof you will find their skybar, a wonderful place with a great view, comfortable lounge furniture and good music, a quiet place , which was otherwise difficult to find. loud German pop music, poor acoustics in the dining area , absolutely impossible to find a quiet place around the pool, the sunbeds were so close that you could almost touch the other guests, if you could get a sunbed at all. I recommend the piece of grass behind the hotel, where we found both space and peace. the room was very small, but since we only had to sleep there it worked. if you like a hard mattress, you'll probably sleep well, we didn't sleep very much. . If you are a family with small children, you like it easy, close to the beach and town. if you like loud music and festive elements, a large buffet with lots of child-friendly food, Condesa is perfect. We were 2 adults with a teenager. we had breakfast in the small restaurant at Condesa , delicious buffet and sweet staff, enjoyed the morning coffee with a sea view. we definitely missed a place and pool in the day time not for small children. the noise was unbearable.
This is a terrible hotel, we are from the US and we travel about nine or 10 times a year internationally. First of all, we didn’t realize that you could choose the all inclusive option, We did not choose that option and every time I went to use my credit card the staff was irritated. On top of that you have to bring your credit card with you to dinner lunch to the pool bar, because they don’t charge the room. Honestly, I’ve never heard of that before. The pool area is disgusting. There are ashtrays everywhere and people are constantly smoking. Good luck getting a chair at the beach we were told not only do you have to rent it, but you have to rent for a four day period, we were only there for three days, therefore, we just sat on the towels Directly in the sand amongst cigarette butts. The room was pretty bare bones. Not even a coffee maker to make coffee, no bedspread on the bed, no bottles of water, pretty much nothing. Also, the bed and pillows were very hard and we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway and outside. We had such a wonderful time in Barcelona and this was supposed to be a relaxing three days before we headed back to the US. It was not. The front desk staff was pretty friendly, the food staff was not.
