This is a great hotel with access straight on to an amazing beach. The staff were top class and the Junior Suite is recommended instead of a double room. The only issue is the main bar doesn’t accept cash.
Female receptionist on arrival (Denise) very dour - did not make eye contact, uncommunicative & unfriendly - was left with her for 15 mins. on arrival & she did not update as to why we were getting kept waiting. A friendly smile with a meet & greet (with arrival) drink would have been much nicer. Nico who manned reception too,was much, much friendlier in further dealings at reception - extremely helpful & courteous. Bar/dining/cleaning staff were all very nice & pleasant. Food/drink/cleanliness exceptional. Can/will highly recommend.

In a very touristy area. The rooms are bare bones. The staff at the front desk are so over-worked they are not the most friendly. The walls are paper thin, you can hear someone snore or cough. There’s no comforter on the bed just a sheet and big weird yellow blanket in the closet.
Rooms are outdated and not 4 star ! This hotel overall is 3 star ! Not 4 star , the location and walking to the beach was great ! I trusted Expedia to go to 4 star hotel but this hotel was 3 stars !
Worst hotel I have stayed at in years . Asked for my money back after day two but was refused by the hotel , too many kids screaming the place down , I never got a quite nights sleep yet . There was one bar as the sky bar on the roof was all extra if you was all inclusive. Found mold it the water dispenser , the fridge in the room wasn’t cold , I could go on and on , buffet in the mornings is like being at the zoo . Not recommended for couples , great place if you have kids that want to go nuts
Everything was great. The food was delicious with a nice variety. Our room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of activities for the kids. The swimming pools were clean and had warm water for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.
