Hotel Condesa Mallorca

The only good things were the beach and the breakfast. But given the price, I was shocked with the poor soundproofing of the rooms. You can hear people snoring and talking next door, in the hallway and in the other rooms around. Also the room is pretty small for 264 US and there is no free upgrade as Expedia mentions nor late check out available. So the VIP access only gave you a cup of juice or champagne. Will definitely not recommend this hotel.

The food and location are excellent however the pool is uninviting given its colour and also given that the majority of the kids use it rather than the children’s one! Also lack of chairs is an issue and we were not there during peak season. Use of safe should not have a fee! The beach steps from the hotel is beautiful!

Hotel Condesa is right by the beach with amazing views of the turquoise/blue ocean. The staff is friendly and kept the hotel very clean. Had the VIP package which includes breakfast which catered to everyone’s palette.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The issue we had was that it is soooo noisy in the morning. The first room we were put in was by the elevator. This room was nuts, people and kids talking and being loud around there was every morning. Then I had to upgrade to get moved away from there, the reception was helpful. This room was basically just as noisy. People being inconsiderate and loud kids every morning, again. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The food was ok for an all inclusive resort. We did half board and glad we did pool was fine and the beach was right oh raise the hotel. Free water is everywhere to fill up bottles, which was helpful. If you like hollow walled hotels, this is the place for you.

Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff and amazing facilities. Took the all-inclusive option and was really worth it with all the options and different themed nights in the buffet. Had one of the best services from Gloria in the buffet, super friendly, always attentive to us and super sweet in general (had the most wonderful conversations with her). Rooms are very nice and the hotel in general as well. The beach was one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen and super easy to access. 10/10 would recommend.

This was our second stay at Hotel Condesa. Our time there was fantastic. We went with the desire of having a good family holiday and we got exactly that. Our daughter had loads of fun in the different pools, beach and with the animation team (massive kudos to them). Food is, in general, really good. I think there are enough options as to enjoy a tasteful meal. It is true that the grill variety might not feel incredibly diverse after four days in, but I still think it is more than acceptable. The main area of improvement is food labelling. Sometimes food is placed under the wrong label being quite confusing. The second problem is regarding translations. I’ve noticed problems when translating some fish with a completely wrong word (this is mostly noticeable if you are fluent in Spanish and English). Rooms aren’t the biggest. For a family of three they are just alright. If you needed a cot (we needed that on our first trip), space gets tighter, but there’s space to move from the room to the balcony without much complication. For us, that we don’t spend much time in it, it was sufficient. In summary, we would definitely consider a third trip there.
