"Would love to return in another season!"

Breakfast was super, fresh fruits, eggs, a meat, choices of breads, yogurt, even avocados! Loved the fireplace area n the dining room area, the big tables and the games.Very comfortable to hang around and just relax. Loved the 24 hour availability of coffee and tea and hot chocolate.

"One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in."

Breakfast was fine. Location was excellent for hiking. My dog was beyond thrilled. Wish they had a bit more dog accommodations like food/water bowls already available for him when I arrived.

The location of the property and the warmth and coziness you feel when you are there! Maggie, Matt and the other girl at the reception are lovely people. So warm and welcoming :) They upgraded our room to the cliff view one because it was our anniversary and the view was very beautiful and it also had a balcony! Will definitely stay here again!

near Gunks

no luggage carts. multiple stairs to get to rooms. facility geared towards hikers with one tiny backpack, not to mature travelers with 4 suitcases

"Warm and welcoming hotel in a great location"

The Minnewaska Lodge exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially Maggie, made sure we felt welcome and at home. We appreciate that the hotel welcomes dogs with an open heart. Breakfast was great and coffee really really good. The common room has a nice fireplace and coffee and tea throughout the day. There are also books and games. The location was convenient to hiking trails and great restaurants.

Nothing really. Everything was great.
