Beautiful house and experience. It felt like we went back in time to the 1800s.

We enjoyed our stay here at this charming old Bed and Breakfast. Service was great and the breakfast hit the spot. Since some rooms were left empty due to social distancing requirements we had the entire section of the inn to ourselves which was very nice and private. My only complaint is that I could easily hear people walking around upstairs, I could even hear muffled voices and when the water was used in the bathroom it was fairly loud in the pipes going down the wall in our room. I'd try to get an upstairs room if possible. Don't eat any of the mini Hershey bars or Tootsie rolls in the bowl by the front door because once you eat one you won't be able to stop.

Our hosts were extremely friendly and provided a wonderful hearty breakfast each morning. Thank you! The inn is an excellent example of late 1800’s home. Very comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing location with Mountain View’s and a awesome wrap around porch with comfortable furniture to enjoy a good read. Hope to return soon!

Wonderful summer weekend at this B&B. Location is perfect, just a few miles from the town center, very quite place with beautiful views of the Catskills. The house is from 1880 but in prefect conditions, very confortable and fully furnished with very nice antiques that made the trip a time travel to the past century. Service is great, very friendly staff, full continental breakfast and coffee/tea available all day at the room and in common areas downstairs. Restroom also fully equipped and very clean. Lots of things to do in the area, perfect place to enjoy nature and relax. Would love to be back soon. Thanks a lot!

Unique atmosphere, good breakfast and beautiful Catskills

A wonderful experience. The owner was present and shared her local knowledge of the area and some choicr food spots. Its such a wonderful historic home set on a ridge of the Catskill mountains. It was a joy to stay in a historic place the current owner built into a wonderful B&B over a 30 year period, the character and the devotion was evident, we felt at home. If your looking for a quiet getaway with a friendly host, look no further.

Location was key for us, it was near the Catskills wedding we were attending. It would be fine for a stay, but it has a dusty entryway with steep carpeted stairs which spiral up to Suite #2. The Suite was like a 2 bedroom apartment but the kitchen oven was not clean and the windows were not clean either. Comfortable King bed. Very glad the town of Margaretville allows free Charge Point stations for electric cars.

Beautiful location. Close to small convenient mountain town.
