Margaretville Mtn Inn B&B and Village Suites

The property was comfortable. The rooms were clean. The staff and owner were quite friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The front porch made the visit. It was perfect for a summer weekend

Great place with a very cozy and warm atmosphere. We loved our stay there

When I booked the room, I was told that the room had a private bathroom. I was not informed that it was not connected to the room, but was down the hall. The television had a minimal number of channels (less than 10), and poor reception. We were told that we would have a mini fridge with a freezer, but were not told that this was to be shared with the other guests. Overall, while the room itself was nice, I felt that we had been ill-informed on some of the details.

This was a very nice, clean, B & B. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good. The only thing was, I found our room to be a bit cold at certain times during our stay.

Carol and Dena were fantastic hosts and the historical details of the inn are really special. The breakfast is delicious!

The facilities were a little shabby, but still charming. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast French toast was delicious. Location worked for our itinerary — but not worth going out of your way to stay here.

The village suites are right in Margaretville which was convenient. We were running late and the staff were nice enough to leave the key for us.

Great experience overall, gorgeous place. and Carol the innkeeper is very nice , and a great Chef!

We loved our stay at Margaretville Mountain B&B. Bed was comfortable, and the Emerald Room gave us a great view of the mountains; complete with dear walking through the yard. Breakfast started at 8:00 and we made it a point of starting our day with hot-from-the-oven delicious baked breakfast fare, along with eggs, waffles and other wonderful daily offerings. The proprietor was gracious, kind, helpful and knowledgable of the area!
