Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Was budget friendly. Breakfast consisted of cereal or waffles and orange juice and coffee. Good enough.

We were double charged for our stay and Hotels.com or the hotel itself would not fix it

Nothing for breakfast unless you wanted cereal. No fresh fruit, muffins…etc. no waffles… the waffle machine was broken. Coffee wasn’t hot just warm

Smallest soap. No glasses or cups in room. See through and raggedy towels. No guests and would not let me check in early. I can no longer rely on Expedia quality ratings.

Good place to stay couple nights

I guess ok for the money but frig was dirty and no cups--I went down to the breakfast area to get some to use in our room. I couldn't figure out how to connect to the Wifi but the front desk man was very helpful.

The hotel was rundown, building code violations everywhere. Rooms smelled like smoke or urine. Boxes, plastic wrapping, trim and broken doors in the hallway or under the stairs. Our room was missing the air-conditioning cover, another party with us wires exposed smoke detector missing. Had to re boot and set the cable box 2x. El Paso is a quaint little town but will not return to this hotel
