We didn’t get to go. My husband was in the hospital with a bad infection. I tried to cancel this reservation on 7/13 but could not get Expedia online or phone. I tried again on 7/14 And was told it was too late for refund. I will never use Expedia again

Rooms were dirty, had unmentionable items in room my grandchildren were in. Desk clerk didnt believe me. Will not recommend!

Quick stop off the interstate for an overnight. Easily accessible. Hotel was older, lighting was really dim, but maybe that’s a good thing so we couldn’t see how dingy it was. Beds were comfortable though. Perfectly fine for us to catch a few winks at and then leave early morning.

I stayed here for a festival. lack of places to charge devices. the hotels main line phone for all rooms was not connected to anything. the staff made me seem like it was a chore for them to do anything i asked. room cards were shut off everyday.

Basic, clean

This hotel is very dirty. Sheets were stained, room not vacuumed, no soap. Very lacking. We were there with a group and we had the "good room." Staff was rude and not willing to help. Definitely will not be back!

They had practically nothing for breakfast

My room was NOT the one I reserved. The toilet didn’t flush right and was teetering back and forth. Microwave didn’t work. Little fridge was obnoxious sounding! In the morning while getting ready to depart, my motel room door came crashing open! Luckily I had the chain across! Obviously it was someone with a key although they hid when I went to see who it was!

Booked two king size bed rooms and was given two double bed rooms instead. Also hotel wasn’t giving out keys to the rooms because of a system issue. We needed to ask someone to access our rooms. When we asked for a discount, the woman at the front desk said we were lucky we weren’t going to be charged $300 per room for the night. No consideration for any inconvenience they caused. Mattresses were stiff and hard, the pillows were ok
