"Great location,friendly staff and lively breakfast"

Right in the centre, great location, near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely, good quality food. I have a food allergy, so special requiements were easly cartered fior.

Breakfast was good and a good variety.

Reception was not always maned which was a little strange. Would suggest some sort of call up system when you need someone.

Location

No toilet roll in communal restaurant toilets which was pointed out but not rectified Service was very slow at dinner and we had no hot water in our room We were refunded £100 however so our complaint was dealt with

"Perfect stay."

Staff was so accommodating and professional. Food was excellent and location was perfect. Quaint building and rooms. Clean. Only negative is there is no elevator. Otherwise a perfect choice for the Cotswolds

No elevator.
