Very disappointing experience overall! Be aware that there is a major difference between the renovated and unrenovated (economy) rooms. We paid for the same room type through a travel agency, as the rest of our group, but ended up in an economy room with very poor sound insulation and much lower standards. Cleanliness was also a serious issue in the economy rooms, especially the floors, which were visibly dirty even after changing rooms. What made the experience much worse was the attitude of the staff. Several employees were dismissive, confrontational and focused on blaming the guest instead of resolving problems professionally. One receptionist became aggressive and shouted at me during a complaint about the room conditions. Mistakes can happen, but the way guests are treated when issues are raised matters just as much. Unfortunately, this really ruined the experience for us.

Szuper helyen van, kedves személyzet, minden nagyon jól ki van találva, távozáskor le tudsz zuhanyozni miután elhagytad a szobát.

Lehetne tisztább, italok kicsit minőségibbek lehetnének.
