Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel

Isteni volt a reggeli, és az összes étkezés is. Nagyon választékos volt a kínálat. Nagyon profi felszolgáló csapat volt. A hotel nagyon tiszta. A központban helyezkedik el. A tengerpart is nagyon szép. Gyalogosan mindkét irányba meg lehet nézni a szép strandokat. Imádtuk az eltöltött egy hetet. ❤️

Ami nem tetszett, az a puha matrac. Várandósan nehezen találtam meg a megfelelő pozíciót, de ezt leszámítva nem volt rossz tapasztalatunk.

Lovely hotel! Friendly staff, right from reception to the room cleaning staff. They are all genuinely happy people who go over and above. The hotel is lovely inside and clean . Rooms air conditioned and great mattresses. We went full board, and the food choice was different each day and very good. Plenty of it, and you could go up as many times as you wished as many people did. Tables cleared of plates, etc, all the time. Staff were so helpful and courteous. One downside that wasn't the hotels fault was the numerous young kids with no manners and how to act inside a restaurant! You have to blame the parents.Very nice pool area with good sunbeds and always available. Entertainment was basic at night and relaxing. Second time visiting and will not be our last.

We love that the hotel was smaller size. Clean and tidy. Our room was super comfy and clean ( newly reconstructed). Thumbs up to all housekeepers. Great restaurant and pool bar service. Hotel is close to lovely beach. Employees were very nice. Lunch and dinner always great.

Same breakfast everyday, eggs covered in oil, bacon was hard to bite. Food was sometimes cold. All inclusive has a poor selection of non alcoholic drinks - just cheap juice with sirup or carbonated softdrinks. By the end of the day we had heartburn from drinks, pure water was the best option. It was raining during our stay - and there was literly nowhere to go during the day -the inside bar opened in evening and pool bar doesnt have enough protection from rain and wind and it was cold - no blankets offered for sitting outside. The inside pool looked like old gym pool without music or bar and you have to book it. Wifi in our room was week - got signal only in the bathroom. And hotel could be feeding the stray cats.

Saloon and massage service was not readily available. Reception couldn't reach out to get the appointments.

Close to the beach

Very poor choice of food, even for half board you had to pay for water and other drinks at the dinner, some staff very inflexible with the rules (towels) and alleys being taken away rok fast while you were still eating creating unwelcome atmosphere, the coffee machines and food was being cleaned exactly at the time of ending the breakfast/ dinner which, not a min later, was unpleasant

The hotel has an amazing location directly on a beautiful, clean beach, which made the stay extra relaxing. The pool was a bit cold, but the very comfortable sunbeds more than made up for it. The reception staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. The bedrooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a wonderful place for the stay itself, but I would skip the meal options.

The choice of food was quite disappointing, especially as the breakfast selection remained exactly the same every day. The canned fruit and desserts also felt underwhelming and did not meet expectations. One of the most frustrating aspects of dining was how quickly restaurant staff removed plates — it often felt impossible to finish a meal in peace before someone was already clearing the table. Although we paid for half board, we often chose to eat at the restaurant across the road, where the food was far more authentic and enjoyable. Some members of staff and across as rather unfriendly. The bathrooms were unfortunately very small, and many rooms overlooked rooftops rather than offering more appealing views. Entertainment was also very limited, although this may have been due to visiting during the off-season.
