Fairfield Inn & Suites Ukiah Mendocino County

I made my reservation on Orbitz and the description of the room with two queen beds included a sofabed. However, the staff they never had sofabeds in the two queen rooms.

We stopped here on the way to the Redwoods after driving up from So CA. The next day we drove through the Avenue of the Giants to Eureka. The room was nice, quiet, roomy, clean and seemed more modern than most other Fairfield Inns We were in junior suite type room with a nice faux leather sofa and chair. Nice sitting area, lots of plugs for the devices. The bathroom was very nice and had a nice newer modern shower. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator which both worked well. Breakfast was in a bag because of Covid but was more than other bagged breakfast meals we have had. This was one of the nicer Fairfield Inns we have stayed in and would recommend when driving north to see the Redwoods.

Hotel had easy access to the highway. The room was clean and the hotel was well kept. The room was mallee than I thought it would be, but it worked for us since we weren’t there for too long. Hotel was nicely located near lots of vineyards too.

Our stay here met all of our need, almost felt like home. Very clean comforting and friendly staff. This is my go to hotel every time we visit Ukiah! I have been to alot of other hotels in the region but not like this one!

This is a very average hotel, nothing special but will do the job for a night. The room was clean and comfortable - we weren't upgraded despite status. Carpet in the common areas could be vacuumed better. With all restaurants open now, there is no reason not to have a better breakfast - a CapriSun, a banana and a gas station pastry is pretty poor.

Stayed here for a night while returning home from Redwood NP. When we entered the room after check-in, horrified to find towels, trash, bedsheets littered across the room. During Covid times, this is a potential exposure risk.. Also, the hotel did not enforce any mask compliance.. people walking around like Covid is done. Finally, the rooms are small and kinda dingy.

Very nice hotel I would stay again.

I guess I had too much of expectations from Fairfield Marriott or maybe it's COVID19, not sure. I stayed with this chain before in other places and never was disappointed. The service was great, hotel and the rooms were super clean. What surprised me thre most is that hotel doesn't provide no water, no kleenex or any tissue or coffee machine in the room. Bedding in our room was suoer uncomfortable.

For staying Ukiah, this is one off the nicer places. The bed was comfy and I lived Having a walk-in shower ( no tub)
