There was building work going on next door drilling from 8:30-6 so very noisy (you couldn’t sit on balcony) and walls very thin so could hear neighbours talking & coughing. Reception did not tell us that we had to pay for the safe until we went to say we couldn’t get it to work. In a good position for old town and the front promenade and car park next door.

Very nice people: should you leave some hair in the shower, they will keep it there for the pleasure of the next guest! Hairs in the shower, suspicious stains on the bed sheets, dusty blankets manufactured back in the 50’s, the Ona princess has all of the clichés from last century. It’s definitely far from being clean, and you will immediately enjoy the moldy shower. This being said, we reserved thru booking.com a sea-view room for 2 people. Based on the pictures shown in booking, the room was nice and the bed was decent for 2 people. Once you get to your room, the story is different: only single beds for all « sea view » room. Then you show front desk the picture of your reservation, the first thing you are being told is « we do not refund anything ». Then they will explain you that the picture used on booking is a « marketing mistake » (with an eye winkle), ha ha ha (what a laugh). No such sea view room similar to the one shown on booking does exist. But stupids like you sometimes believe they do - and book them - non refundable (said for the 4th time). They close the talks by repeating that there is absolutely no refund (5th time), but they could potentially offer some breakfast (not really nice BTW) if you dont complain to booking for having been served with these « marketing mistake pictures ». Conclusion? Never again. Hope we did not leave any hair in the bathroom, sorry to the next guests if we did. And we have pictures...

Excellent property with good amenities. Beach facing and nice restaurants variety within the walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

A short break to sit in the sun and watch the world go by!! This hotel exceeded my expectation and was an absolute delight, would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants a seafront facility that has everything on your doorstep. My room was well appointed and clean, maids attended every day, breakfast was well stocked and plentiful! I have nothing but positives to say on this hotel!

Nice place. Excellent location and right across from the beach. Studio is simple. Seating area a bit uncomfortable. Every day cleaning and towel change.

Rather disappointing that there was no way to grab a bite and a drink in the hotel. We tried to go to the Irish Pub, which we thought was part of the hotel. But after having to go outside of the hotel (in the rain) and up an outside (uncovered) stairway (no elevator or even a ramp) we discovered they were already closed (maybe between 7 and 8:00)! However, if our room was any closer to the water, we would have gotten wet🤗. And the staff was delightful, especially Mercedes😘

The location is perfect for exploring Marbella. Miguel at the reception was more than helpful when we (4 of us) checked in sorting out a booking misunderstanding. Bravo Miguel! The sunrise view from the top is worth getting up early. We certainly would come back.
