It’s very basic accommodation think travel lodge! Adequate! Although sold as an apartment there is no oven, so no real opportunity to actually cook! Breakfast is ok! Tea bags are awefull, so weak and useless, they give teacups (but not saucers) and no mugs, no jugs for milk at breakfast either! But that’s ok! However, considering it’s meant to be self catering there was no washing up liquid or dishcloth- so how on earth they actually expect people to clean is beyond me! Although they offer lots of cheap tat in the bathroom! The plug in the kitchen sink didn’t work either! When I mentioned this (after I had bought a pack of four dishcloths, a washing up brush and washing up liquid) they gave us a welcome pack which I assume we should have got on checking in! However, an hour later they took it back! Staff are lovely, pool is little more than a jucuzzi (tiny) and no I would never recommend this hotel in a million years!

Friendly staff, nice area, clean. The rooms are bare bones though and the beds not very comfortable.

I've been visiting Marbella for some time now, and stayed in a few different hotels/apartments and this is the best place, that's why we return several times each year. A good location on the prom and a short walk to the old town. I know it won't suit everyone as the pool is on the rooftop and small....so not very practical for playing ball games n stuff. Usually very quiet and peaceful. The main reason we return is because the whole place is spotless....housekeeping do a great job....and the people at reception are very helpful and pleasant. If they are able to help you it will be done. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now....even if I won the lottery !!

Did not receive the room we booked and was not the one as pictured, hotel staff (Miguel) very unhelpful, checked out after 2 days with 5 days to go, ruined our holiday, hotel very dated, ended up paying again to stay in another hotel, would not recommend

Noisy. You can hear your neighbours talking. Rooms are not sound proofed. Construction noise above our room during daytime.

Location on beach front next coffee shops, restaurants beach activities and closeness to old town. The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't like that the property charged me $3/night for using the safe inside the unit. Also, if you happen to be driving a car, dropping luggage off at property on such a busy street before knowing where to park can be very challenging.

A not good at all - bad and personal in lobby desk - awful service ! There behave was not acceptebal -elevetor doesnt work - when it work was slowly ! We are very very disepointed ! Wrong prize ans so on ...

Just stayed one night as we went to see friends in Marbella, but great service, room was clean and quiet, and the area if vibrant - right on the beach and boardwalk.

Not for the first time decided to stay here mainly for its location. This time unfortunately we were given a room, 403, which smelled strongly of drains and was quite unbearable . Complained to the reception and asked for a different room, none was made available. They tried to sort the smell to no avail and during our 4 nights stay we could barely sleep. Never again. On one occasion we were told to wait till mid day to see if a room became available - we had already made plans and could not waste a day waiting at the hotel. Asked for compensation but none was given. Very bad experience and have decided never to stay here again. Be aware.
