"Molts bones instal·lacions i serveis, però vigileu si és època de sargazo"

El resort és increïble. Té tot tipus d'espais, animals i activitats. A part del buffete té 4 restaurants més als quals pots accedir simplement reservant que entren en el preu. Les piscines són molt còmodes, i, tot i que a l'hotel hi hagi molta gent, sempre hi ha lloc a les piscines.

Pensàvem que no hi hauria sargazo a les platges però sí. De totes maneres l'hotel neteja molt bé la platja. Vam anar a donar una volta per la platja fins la del costat i hi ha llocs/hotels o no cuiden gens aquest tema; la gent no podia accedir a les platges. Per sort, aquest hotel sí ho fa. A uns 20km hi ha la platja de macao on tot i ser època de sargazo nosaltres no el vam veure.

La limpieza está bien, por ser época de sargazos la playa la limpiaban todos los días, la comida no es la mejor

La conexión a internet no es buena, no te explican ciertas cosas como por ejemplo que las reservas a los restaurantes son limitadas.
