"Se puede mejorar demasiado la limpieza para ganar mejor calificación"

La comida e instalaciones en general del hotel son buenas, buena variedad de comida, restaurantes agradables, eventos acorde con el lugar

La limpieza de la habitación muy mala, el baño parece que no lo limpian a profundidad desde que lo construyeron, los vidrios estaban llenos de cal, al igual que la tina, la caneca de papeles del baño estaba dañada, la división en vidrio de la ducha y el baño igual, el baño cuando se bañaba se inundaba la parte del inodoro en el piso, el televisor nunca funciono, se llamo a mantenimiento y no lograron arreglarlo, las almohadas están demasiado desgastadas llenas de pelotas, no eran cómodas, se nota que la limpieza que se hace solo es tender la cama y desocupar las canecas, nada mas.

Lugar lindo! Maravilhoso! Supera as expectativas! A parte da recreação e alimentação muito bom, agradável e fantástico!

Tinha uma barata em nosso banheiro. E as bebidas restritas com cobranças adicionais. Mesmo no sistema all inclusive.

la atención del personal, siempre dispuestos a que tu estadía mejore la infraestructura del hotel, las 3 piscinas, la playa, el muelle, el foodtruck en la playa, la limpieza exterior, la jardinería la ubicación, el servicio de toallas de playa

la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, debería ser todos los días la comida es regular, debería tener mejor preparación, las bebidas, los jugos naturales, el alcohol genérico el restaurant americano es malo el sargazo en la playa (aunque es algo general de todos los hoteles)

"Relaxing"

The location was awesome. The staff was so nice, we had a relaxing time and it was beautiful. Very nice room too. The food was okay but not the worst I’ve had. Had a great time here and would come back

The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Ended up sleeping on the couch in the corner of the room for my stay.
