The staff is friendly and attentive to our needs, the hotel's location, the breakfast, and the lobby, which is very pleasant.

Just one thing: we were given a room (#334) that connected to the room next door. Of course, everything was locked, but the soundproofing was poor for this type of room. We asked to change rooms and after that, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was good. Hotel Has potential. Updated and modern.

Beds were not comfortable, room was hot, a/c didn’t cool room, no screen on sliding door, balcony faced woods and was dirty.

The check in area was up to date and clean.

The room had no daylight, the windows were blacked out. The lighting was terrible. Very dark room, cave like. Communication is terrible, I’ve called several times and was told someone would call me back and that didn't happen. I’m sure other rooms are better but the one they gave us was bad.
