Kind and professional staff. Great view from my room on the 7th floor.

Lifts are inadequately sized and hotel interiors are in need of refurbishment. Poor-quality breakfast.

"I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. It was the most depressing hotel I have ever stayed in."

The only thing I liked was the proximity of the hotel to the train station.

Everything else. The hotel is badly in need of a complete overhaul.
